Unmasking the Self: A Reflective Workbook Series

Coming Soon

Unmasking the Self is a trauma-informed workbook series designed to support adults in understanding longstanding emotional patterns, survival roles, and the ways early experiences shape identity, relationships, and self-trust. The series reflects a compassionate, reflective approach to psychological change and may be used alongside therapy or as a standalone reflective resource.

Book One – Discovering Childhood Patterns

Explores early relational experiences, attachment patterns, and the survival strategies that develop in response to emotional environments. Supports insight into how coping styles formed and why they persist.

Book Two – Healing Childhood Adaptations

Focuses on working with protective patterns, emotional regulation, and internalised roles that once served a purpose but may now feel limiting or exhausting. Emphasis is placed on safety, compassion, and gradual change.

Book Three – Reclaiming Authenticity

Explores how to step out of survival roles, deepen self-trust, and build authentic, reciprocal connections. Supports readers to gently integrate these shifts into everyday life and develop a more grounded sense of self.
